For orders under $45, ground shipping is available for flat fee of $4.29. 

• DHL/USPS home delivery under $45 (5-8 business days): $4.29
• DHL/USPS home delivery over $45 (5-8 business days): FREE! 
• Hawaii/Alaska home delivery (up to 24 business days): $14.29 
• US Territories and military addresses, USPS Priority (up to 21 business days): $10.95 

Returns 

We want you to love your Bare boo purchase, but if you’re not totally satisfied, please see below:
Send an email to our customer relations team at support@bareboo.com within 30 days of the purchase date to request a return.

Please include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you’d like to return.

For items returned within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a refund. Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges. Items purchased on www.bareboo.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Bare boo.

If you’re returning a set or kit, all items from the set or kit must be returned. We cannot refund partial sets or kits, and empty containers will not be accepted for returns.

Once your return package has arrived at our return processing facility, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) plus sales tax. All e-gift card refunds will be moved to a new e-gift card that will be emailed to the customer’s original email.

Shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund amount.

You will receive a return confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Only item(s) purchased on www.bareboo.com will be accepted for return. If your item(s) were purchased at an authorized retailer, please get in touch with the retailer to arrange a return or exchange. If your return package includes an item that was not part of the order you’re returning, the item may be discarded.
